Active Insights Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions

$37 + GST per site per month, billed monthly on an annual contract.

The Active Insights monthly billing option is available for health services at a rate of $37 per month plus GST, billed monthly over a 12-month contract, totalling $444 plus GST for the year. This option does not qualify for the End of Financial Year (EOFY) Special pricing. Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month as the initial sign-up date. Cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle, sent to [email protected]. Early termination before the 12-month term ends incurs a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining months of the contract. Upon subscription, clients receive full access to the Active Insights platform, including real-time patient feedback, reporting dashboards, and benchmarking tools. All data collected is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and CFEP Surveys’ Privacy Policy, with encryption and secure storage ensuring data privacy. CFEP Surveys reserves the right to modify the terms, pricing, and features of the monthly billing option with 30 days’ notice, communicated via email and updated on the CFEP Surveys website.  Read the full terms and conditions here.
