About CFEP Surveys

Client Focused Evaluation Program (CFEP) Surveys

Here at CFEP Surveys, we’re proud to be experts in healthcare surveys. We pioneered the use of patient-based feedback instruments which are now deeply embedded within the Australian and international healthcare sector.

Since 1995, we‘ve provided healthcare professionals with insights into the quality of their patient care and services to support better care.

We have an international reputation for providing high-quality survey products, services and support offerings to health organisations, professionals and patients.

We apply our 20-plus years of insight, experience and expertise to develop fit-for-purpose, validated and quality-focused survey products and survey analysis and results. This allows for provision of actionable feedback to enable health boards, executive teams, professionals and services to deliver improved outcomes.

As a trusted Australian-based survey provider, we’re excited to partner with health and community care providers across the country to support Australian healthcare reform and better patient outcomes.

We believe that gathering feedback from patients and colleagues is essential as the Australian healthcare system places greater emphasis models of person-centred care and the achievement of the Quadruple Aim. This data can have a profoundly positive impact on personal, professional and organisational development, and the overall quality of healthcare provision and outcomes across Australia.

We take great pride in our role of providing constructive, supportive and efficient survey services to ensure our clients extract maximum value and insights from the process to ultimately better care.

Our experience

Map of Australia with circles used to highlight capital cities and major healthcare networksBy supporting health and community service providers, our work has been foundational to the development of robust patient and colleague feedback mechanisms as a platform for improving and empowering patient care and engagement in Australia.

Working with tertiary and community health facilities, Local Health Districts, Primary Health Networks, solo general practices and everything in between, we understand the importance of person-centred models of care to assist in the achievement of better patient experience, activation and engagement, provider and practitioner experience, population health, and sustainable healthcare.

We’re the market-leading online and paper-based survey provider, having assisted over 5000 Australian general practices to fulfil their RACGP Standards requirements.

We have exclusive and well-established relationships with a number of Australian and New Zealand Medical Colleges in the provision of a Multi-Source Feedback tool, reflective of professional development requirements set by the Medical Board of Australia (MBA).

We’ve administered patient experience, outcome and bespoke surveys for government and large health services and are proud to hold exclusive licenses for international feedback tools.

Our breadth of experience further spans across individual health industries having worked with the Pharmacy Guild, Australian Dental Association, Australian Diagnostic Imaging Association, AUSactive, Australian Physiotherapy Association and International Retirement Community Accreditation Scheme.

With roots in modernising the UK’s NHS by providing expertise on patient engagement, we’ve combined this with our local knowledge to become the market leader in empowering clinicians and organisations to improve patient care by strengthening communication and the connections between clinicians and their patients.
