CFEP has designed and implemented employee surveys for healthcare-related organisations, gathering useful and meaningful feedback from both clinical and non-clinical staff with the aim of improving employee satisfaction levels and patient care.

CFEP has received requests for adaptations of our existing surveys to suit the particular needs of individual organisations. We work with these organisations to create a bespoke, unique survey that fulfills their requirements. This adaptability allows us to use our already proven questionnaires in different formats but directly suited to client needs.

CFEP Surveys are proud to have partnered with QIP to provide robust, independent, confidential and evidence-based feedback mechanisms to support the implementation pilot of these important and timely Standards.
