Debriefing is an essential element of the multi-source feedback process. Once a candidate receives their report, a debrief supports the candidate to ‘unpack’, understand and interpret the feedback.
Formal debriefing is a valuable and confidential consultation that allows you to take your report feedback further. A qualified member of the CFEP Surveys Team and the candidate work through their report findings together, to discuss the feedback and plans to support quality improvements.
The following videos represent two scenarios commonly encountered during the debriefing session. Both scenarios utilise the R2C2 model to analyse the results and interpret the insights. Session one focuses on the candidate receiving excellent feedback while the second scenario works through negative or challenging feedback.
Take your time to review these two valuable sessions for a clear understanding of the R2C2 model in action during a formal Multi-Source Feedback debrief.
