Before completing your activation form, it is important to understand the different user roles and permissions.

Active Insights provides two user roles with varying access levels to ensure data security and privacy.

• Organisation Administrator: The Organisation Administrator has full control over the platform and can manage users, surveys, and reports. This role is typically assigned to senior staff or managers responsible for overseeing the entire organisation’s feedback initiatives.
• Site User Administrator: The Site User Administrator can manage users and surveys at the site level. This role is usually assigned to staff responsible for specific sites or departments within the organisation.

The user roles and permissions are defined to ensure that sensitive data is accessed only by authorised personnel.
