By entering this competition, you are confirming you agree to share your top tip for improving patient experience via a photo or video on camera.

By entering this competition, you provide CFEP Surveys with permission to contact you to seek your interest in their product/service offerings.

The one (1) winner of the $300 gift voucher will be announced on Tuesday 22 October 2024.

CFEP Surveys will contact the winner via phone to inform them of the details and it will also be announced on our social media channels.

By participating in this competition and if randomly selected as the competition winner, you agree that CFEP Surveys may photograph and/or video you and/or your property and use the tip for the purpose of publications and promotional activities such as, but not limited to e-bulletins, social media platforms, websites, presentations, conferences, brochures and marketing collateral.
