These initiatives form the beginning of our digital transformation to ensure we can provide you, our valued client, with excellent customer service, whilst adhering to the highest standards of data and cybersecurity practices.
But that’s not all – we’re delighted to announce that a new survey platform is currently in development. This platform aims to elevate our reporting and data capabilities, providing you with even greater insights. Anticipated for release later this year, the platform will feature a client dashboard offering real-time data and easy access to reports on your ongoing surveys. Monitoring your survey progress and results will be just a click away!
