As part of our digital transformation, we’re upgrading to a new and improved survey platform designed to streamline the experience for both practices and participants.
To complete this upgrade, our systems will be temporarily offline from 5:00pm AEST on Friday 20 June to 8:30am on Monday 23 June 2025
During this time:
Patient surveys will be temporarily unavailable. Links and QR codes will automatically redirect to the new system once it’s live.
Colleague feedback and self-assessment surveys will also be unavailable. Updated access links will be emailed directly to individual practitioners (including nominated colleagues) once the upgrade is complete
We appreciate your patience as we transition to a system that’s easier to use, more responsive, and better supports quality improvement in healthcare.
