Our survey process
We make it simple for retirement villages to collect valuable and reliable resident feedback. Our processes are streamlined and equip villages with the tools and support they need to obtain quality-focused feedback.
Residents can access the confidential online tool using a link sent via a text message and/or email. It takes three minutes to complete.
Our team then collate and analyse the feedback to provide our clients with a comprehensive report, inclusive of actionable feedback. Importantly, all feedback is carefully deidentified to ensure confidentiality of survey respondents. Report insights can be used as reliable evidence to support quality improvement projects and to better services, systems and processes. Report findings can also be used as reliable evidence to support relevant accreditation requirements against the Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS).
