By entering this competition you provide CFEP Surveys with permission to contact you to seek your interest in their product/service offerings. Entries close COB Sunday 27 November 2022. The winning entry will be drawn and announced on Friday 9 December 2022. CFEP Surveys will contact the winner to organise: 1 x CFEP Surveys Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) Tool – a recognised, trusted and personalised professional development exercise, supported by patient and colleague feedback, a self-assessment and a comprehensive report; and 1 x CFEP Surveys formal debrief session – following provision of the MSF report, receive an individualised one-hour phone call or video conference with a qualified member of the CFEP Surveys Team.

You’ll be will be stepped through the report findings, to discuss the feedback and plans to support quality improvements. Valued at over $700. This prize is not redeemable for cash. By participating in this competition and if randomly selected as the competition winner, you agree to grant CFEP Surveys permission to conduct a case study based on your experience and to share your experience (including a photo) on our communication platforms (this may include and is not limited to our websites, social media platforms, magazines, e-bulletins, and presentations).
