CFEP Surveys Practice Owners Conference 2026 Competition – UE BOOM Giveaway

1. Promoter: This competition is conducted by Focused Evaluation Program Pty Ltd (CFEP Surveys) ABN 61 074 264 010 (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period: The competition opens on Friday 22 May 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST on Sunday 24 May 2026 (“Competition Period”).

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to attendees of the Practice Owners Conference 2026 aged 18 years or over. Employees of CFEP Surveys and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form during the Competition Period and answer the following question: “What’s the most valuable insight patient feedback has given your practice?”

5. Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize.

6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) UE BOOM speaker valued at approximately AUD $240. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Draw and Winner Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 25 May 2026. The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, CFEP Surveys reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Use of Responses and Promotional Material: By entering the competition, entrants grant CFEP Surveys permission to use, reproduce, publish, and share their response to the competition question for promotional, marketing, educational, and communication purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, presentations, publications, e-bulletins, brochures, and conference materials.

9. Photography and Promotional Consent: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that CFEP Surveys may photograph and/or video them for promotional purposes. The winner further agrees that CFEP Surveys may use their name, image, likeness, organisation/practice name, and submitted response in promotional and marketing materials without additional compensation.

10. Marketing Communications and Privacy: By entering the competition, entrants consent to CFEP Surveys collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and, where permitted by law, contacting them regarding CFEP Surveys products, services, events, and related communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the CFEP Surveys Privacy Policy available at:

11. Limitation of Liability: CFEP Surveys accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. To the extent permitted by law, CFEP Surveys will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or the prize.

12. General: CFEP Surveys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. No Affiliation: This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), Ultimate Ears (UE), or any related entity.
